The person behind it
Turning old things into something new
I've always loved creating unique items — taking something forgotten and giving it a second life. What started as a little shop between me and my grandmother became something truly special. We spent hours together turning old clothes into one-of-a-kind pieces, laughing over fabric piles and making every stitch count.
After my grandmother passed, I decided to pick it back up and continue our shop's legacy. Oh My Nik is still built on that same love: one person, one sewing machine, and a workspace permanently covered in scraps. Nothing is produced in a run, and no two pieces are ever exactly alike.

How a piece gets made
01
Source
Bins, estate sales, textile recyclers. Nothing bought new, ever.
02
Deconstruct
Everything gets washed, then cut down to usable panels and hardware.
03
Rebuild
Sewn on one domestic machine. Seams exposed on purpose, not by accident.
04
Drop
Photographed, measured, and listed Friday at 7pm. One of each.
Custom orders
Send in a garment you already own — a tour tee, a grandparent's flannel, a jacket that no longer fits — and it comes back reworked to your measurements. A handful of slots open at the start of each month.
